Every monday evening I host a group breathwork please be in touch if you want to know the theme. However, the theme is just a way 'in' to emotionally connect and open before we breathe. We talk, and then breathe with pranayama for at least 35 mins, before we go into a deep theta healing state $40 per person. (After payment is received, the Zoom link or map to the space will be sent to you)
