“I was referred to Emma by a friend that said “she will change your life” - and she did. I was at a point in my life when I felt stuck and wasn’t sure how to move forward. Emma was patient and truly helped get to the core of the issues. I am truly grateful to Emma for being so open, kind and caring.”

I am an intuitive healer. I work with Jikiden Reiki, breath and many accumulated skills, from all the teachers and modalities I have learned, sometimes combining them all. Nature is a great ally and I have a special relationship to trees and plants. As I work I receive intuitive information, images, words and sensations which reveal more about the blockages. I do this work from I learning how to heal myself, and share it because I love to help. I believe at our core we are all divine beings, who sometimes need rewiring from system flaws in our environment or our ancestry. Left unchecked ‘hurt people, hurt people’ (including themselves) and often unknowingly.

I do my very best to show my clients a new vibration, share tools and open a new door. But we must do the work ourselves to walk through it.

Like most healers, I help my clients heal themselves.

I started this journey when I drove across America at the age of 21 with my stepmother/healer, Althea Gray, the Grand-daughter of a Curandera, we ended up in Santa Fe. Via Althea, I learned and experienced a lot more than I ever expected, meeting with Native American Elders, taking classes at the Dream Institute. I was not the same when I returned to England, I was seeing auras and had a deep sensitivity to energy especially to plants.

In London I lived next door to a healer/writer Philippa Pullar, my 2nd teacher/mentor, Philippa was a member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers. I learned reiki from her, meditation and healing techniques from Egypt and Tibet and gained insights, which I still use in sessions today. Her son Sebastian introduced me to Tibetan Buddhism.

From London I moved to the US at 28 and studied/practiced Tibetan Buddhism in New York and then Mindfulness and Vipassana meditation when I moved to LA (Insight LA and Against the Stream) all the while working day jobs in contemporary art. I am also a painter. I now run a gallery Five Car Garage, beneath the studio in Santa Monica.

I learned Breathwork and became certified in David Elliott’s Healer training program in 2012/2013, meeting and working with David changed my life. I created the meditation studio and became a reiki master in 2016 through Jikiden Reiki lineage. I recently took a training in mediumship, for insights in the sessions. I often work with artists/creatives and writers who have a foot (or much more) in the door of consciousness.

I am not better than anyone I work with, we are all a work in progress, I have been and still am in Jungian analysis and I love bringing these archetypal concepts and insights into the work. I am trauma informed and keep an inclusive space. I keep good boundaries and work hard to create a safe and private place for healing.

I run the Energetic Residency Program at the Studio, and host a weekly regular breathwork group on monday evenings and soundbaths, talks and other healers and meditation practices with artists. I see clients individually for private sessions and long distance and in groups, please contact me for more info or to go on the studio mailing list.
