PRIVATE HEALING SESSIONS

Welcome! This session is your moment to unfold, be seen, heard, and understood. We will begin by talking and exploring inherited patterns, core wounds, any physical ailments and your gifts! Together, we’ll identify where and how to transform and out-create these patterns and establish safety, trust and a clear intention before we start.

I combine conversation, guidance, creative mentoring, and healing—drawing on techniques such as breathwork, Reiki, and intuitive mediumship—to help you gain deeper insight into your current state and the possibilities for change. Your frequency and consciousness will be significantly elevated by the end of the session, and we will finish by grounding and addressing any questions you may have. Breathwork

The life force

Pranayama, a healing modality from India, means "breath control" in Sanskrit. This two-part breathing technique through the mouth activates chakras, releases blocks, and induces a deep theta state of relaxation and healing. Breathwork helps you become deeply present, allowing your spirit to vibrate within your body. This process facilitates healing, unblocking, and letting go of old emotions and traumas.

Reiki

Compassion in Action

I am a Reiki master. I trained under Amanda Jayne who studied Jikiden Reiki directly through the family lineage in Japan. I have studied three styles of Reiki, with Jikiden being my favorite.

Reiki, meaning "universal life energy" in Japanese, is a vital healing force. Jikiden Reiki, an authentic Japanese lineage of Usui Reiki teachings, was passed down from Makao Usui sensei to Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, Wasaburo Sugano, and Mrs. Chiyoko Yamaguchi to her son Tadao Yamaguchi.

Jikiden Reiki involves hands-on and distant healing, attuning natural healing energy and balancing body, mind, heart, and spirit through gentle touch and compassionate intention. Reiki is very gentle and good for stress, exhaustion and restorative physical healing. Useful before and after surgery or burnout.

Kundalini Activation Process (KAP)

KAP awakens the body’s innate spiritual energy through resonance. It is a surrender based practice, of allowing.

The facilitator (me) holds an awakened field; your system naturally responds. There is no forcing, no breath control, no visualization. You don’t “do” anything, you surrender, and the energy moves on its own terms.

The facilitator isn’t healing you. They’re holding a frequency that activates what is already within you.

This is a lineage-based spiritual transmission, not a therapeutic method. It is not dissimilar to shaktipat, something I had the luck to receive in a yurt in Venice for many years. To be clear Kundalini Activation is not a healing modality. But healing can and often happens. many people experience deep inner shifts that can feel like a restructuring of their energy system and awareness. Signs often associated with kundalini-type awakenings—from the earliest subtle body movements to more expanded states—commonly arise in this work.

A session itself is simple: you lie down, while music is played, and I may lightly touch or press specific chakra or meridian points. That’s all that’s happening on the outside. What unfolds within you is something far more dynamic, personal, and transformative.

Mediumship

I was trained in mediumship which I only use for healing and often (not always) when I start the reiki I get guided to areas where the blockages are in the body and these are accompanied by visions and images often related to ancestry and your team on the other side.
