Every SUNDAY morning via ZOOM I host a weekly breathwork group (with reiki). at 9.30 AM Each week is a new theme. Please be in touch if you want to know the theme. However, the theme is just a way 'in' to emotionally connect and open before we breathe. We finish the evening with a healing list prayer for others, a group check $40
