Every Monday evening I host THE CONTAINER. A safe, energetic space for you to look directly at the places inside yourself you’re ready to change. A container. Breath is the primary modality. But what happens in this room is not just one technique, it’s everything I’ve retained over years of practice: Reiki clearing, raising your vibration, clearing low or stuck energies, upgrading your frequency, working with negative thought forms. All of the magic from the 4 healers I have trained with and meditation practices. The energy moves pirmarily through the breath, but none of it is limited to it.
We do this together, in a group. And at the end of every session, we don’t just close and leave. We send what we’ve cleared and raised back out, to friends, to communities, to the people who need it beyond this room.

Sunday Breathwork for clearing, releasing and reconnecting with your soul.

You are invited to enter a gentle ceremonial space of breath and meditation, aligning with the rhythms of nature and the intelligence of the body.
After 30 minutes of clearing breathwork we will move into a guided DEEPER theta meditation, allowing restoration, clarity, and connection.

15–20 minutes theta meditation and REIKI

Preparing Your Space
Create a small sacred space where you can lie down or sit comfortably. You may wish to bring a candle, a stone, flowers, or something from nature to mark the turning of the season.
Have water nearby, a blanket, and an eye covering if you like. Headphones are recommended for a deeper journey.
Come with curiosity and an open heart. The breath will guide the rest.

Each week is a new theme read for free on my substack . The theme is just a way 'in' to emotionally connect and open before we breathe.
