Jungian Therapist Virginia Conesa will guide us through an in depth work shop where we investigate our relationship to the inner masculine and how we project it out into others. We will work towards understanding our role with the father/male to improve and ease our relationship and understanding of our collective and individual inheritance. This workshop is for men or women.
Emma Gray will help up integrate this deep scrutiny with breathwork and ease our burden with the understanding that where awareness goes energy flows. Once we understand our role we can shift our reality by bringing the light of consciousness to it. The breath helps integrate this work on a somatic level.

Removing projections when relating to men.
Developing a powerful Animus, the internal masculine.
Embodying the positive masculine.
