On August 8, the Lion's Gate, I'm co-leading something new. Two hours of breathwork set to original music by Carly Jo Carson, in collaboration with Jenna Varga, who trained in breathwork with Carly Jo herself. This is THE MIRROR, and we're delighted to bring it to you . Carly Jo is a journey designer and composer. Her soundscapes for The Mirror are built live and improvised, layered in real time to move a room through breath and sound. It’s original work made to open the heart, spark creativity, and connect people to something larger, no substances required. I’ve been practicing and teaching healing since 2013. Fifteen years of breathwork and Reiki and now KAP and much more. I bring all of it into this room. Two hours. One portal.
